Return Policy

We are currently a POP UP Shop. All sales are FINAL.

Effective 12-26-22: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

PURCHASES BEFORE 12-26-22: Returns / exchanges may be made within 14 days of purchase (in store) or 14days from postmarked arrival date (online) for in-store credit. All items must be unworn, make-up and scent free, and in the same condition with tags attached. All SALE items, hats, bags, belts, mask, hair accessories and accessories are FINAL. All Holiday, sequin tops / dresses and Special Occasion dresses/items are FINAL. Store credit is good for one year.

Impromptu Boutique is not responsible for:

• Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
• International Duties or Customs Charges
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or marked delivered items.
